• To balance the body’s pH level. It contains nutrient-rich, organic, U.S.-grown barley grass juice powder, which has been dried at low temperatures. Barley grass juice is wonderful in supplying the body with a multitude of important minerals, supporting an alkaline pH. When the body’s pH is alkaline (test with included pH tester strips), your health can thrive. Disease cannot thrive in an alkaline environment; the same goes for cancer cells, which thrive in an acidic environment.

• To further a healthy mucus layer in the stomach and the gut. It contains organic maca root, which is known to help heal stomach ulcers and be an ally against cancer. It also contains organic lion’s mane mushroom fruiting body extract, which is known not only to help the brain release nerve growth factors—thus supporting mental clarity and focus (popular among folks with ADD)—but also to help further a healthy mucus layer in the gut, supporting a healthy gut lining. Gut and digestive health are crucial for a healthy body, since our gut is our first immune system. Like our skin, it is the protective layer between our internal body and the external world.

• To support the immune system. It contains both organic reishi and chaga mushroom fruiting body extracts, which are known to help boost and modulate the white blood cell count. Our white blood cells defend our body against invaders such as viruses and bacteria that made it past our protective gut. A particular kind of white blood cell, also known as killer or T cells (a type of lymphocyte), are key players in the adaptive immune response, with cytotoxic T cells (also called killer T cells) directly destroying infected or cancerous cells.
